This just in from the buyer of the 1957 Lancia Appia that was purchased via BaT Auctions on 05/09/17 (link): “My new 1957 Lancia Appia. I’m very happy with the car and it’s everything the seller said. He was also very nice and helpful after the sale. I’ve been driving my tiny beast around for the last few weeks. I’m actually using it as my daily driver. In spite of only 48 horsepower and 1900 pounds, it goes like hell, makes fun noises and is really a blast to drive skidding around the corners. Italians apparently had tiny feet cause the go pedal and brake are so close that I gotta drive barefoot. Thanks again BAT, Walter M. @waltermiller“
