This 1984 Ferrari 512 BBi shows 65k miles and is powered by a fuel-injected 4.9L flat-12 mated to a gated 5-speed manual transaxle. Finished in two-tone red and black over a black leather interior, the car is one of 1,007 BB 512i models produced. The engine received a valve job in 2006, and a timing belt and brake system service were commissioned less than 1,500 miles ago at a cost of $16k. The selling dealer acquired the car a few months ago and has included over 50 pages of invoices spanning nearly 30 years of services. This Berlinetta Boxer is now being offered in Bremerton, Washington with a manual, tool kit, and a clean California title. The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in red with black lower surfaces featuring NACA ducts. Yellow turn signals and rear fog lights can be seen out back. The 5-lug wheels wear knock-off-style covers and are mounted with metric Michelin TRX tires that were purchased in 2013. The brake system was also serviced in 2013 with a resurfacing of the rotors, new hoses, and a fluid flush. New front wheel bearings were also installed. The video above shows the exterior and interior as the engine idles. The interior is finished in black leather and features seats with red piping and accents, as well as a gated shifter. The air conditioning was recharged in 2016 and the system was tested. Some wear can be seen on the driver-side carpet, and an additional floor mat set is included. The leather wrapped dashboard houses the imperial instrument cluster, including a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer and a 5-digit odometer showing 64,800 miles. An Alpine cassette head unit is connected to a Ferrari-branded Pioneer equalizer. An in-car driving video can be seen above. Power comes from a 4.9-liter F110 A flat-12 mated to a 5-speed manual transaxle. Fuel delivery is controlled by a Bosch K-Jetronic injection system utilizing twin CIS fuel distributors. The cylinder heads were resurfaced in 2006, and some of the exhaust and intake valves were also replaced. The most recent timing belt service took place less than 1,500 miles ago in 2013. The receipt in the gallery states that the tensioner was replaced, new filters were fitted, and the clutch system was bled. A year later, the starter received a new solenoid and Bendix drive. A new battery was installed and the speed sensor was replaced. Photos of the underside can be seen in the gallery along with the included tool kit. Receipts in gallery span from 1988 to 2016 and detail the most recent timing belt service.
