This 1968 Fiat 500F was first registered in Palermo, Sicily and was acquired by the seller in June 2018. Power is from a 499cc twin mated to a 4-speed manual transmission, and maintenance performed in March 2019 is said to have included servicing the brakes and suspension, cleaning the carburetor, and performing a tune-up. This 500 is now being offered for sale in Palermo, Sicily with a stamped service booklet, factory manuals and other original documentation, and an Italian registration.
A glass-out repaint was recently performed by the seller. The resulting finish is shown in photographs in the gallery, which also contains close-up images of the lenses, trim, and foldable sunroof.
Refinished 12” steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and Dunlop SP4 tires.
The cabin features two-tone seats, rubber floor mats, and a painted dashboard. A two-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120 km/h speedometer that contains a 5-digit odometer indicating approximately 6k kilometers (~4k miles).
The rear-mounted 499cc twin is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. A tune-up was performed in March 2019, and a new battery and condenser were installed. The brakes, suspension, and transmission were also serviced, and the carburetor was reportedly cleaned at that time.
Additional images of the underbody can be seen in the gallery, along with photos before, during, and after the cosmetic refreshment.
An original invoice, stamped maintenance booklet, and other documentation are included in the sale. A walk-around and start-up video is viewable below.
