This 1969 Innocenti C features coachwork designed by Sergio Sartorelli over an Austin-Healey Sprite chassis and running gear. The car is one of a reported 487 produced by the Italian manufacturer and was sold new in Mantua, Italy in September 1969. It remained in Mantua until 2019, when the seller acquired it from the third owner, a Signora Cileone. Power is from a 1,098cc inline-four paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. This Innocenti coupe is now offered in Turin, Italy with period literature, the original service booklet, and an Italian Libretto in the seller’s name.

The steel body is mounted over an Austin-Healey Mk III Sprite chassis and features a fixed roof, roll-up door glass, pop-out rear quarter windows, and slim chrome bumpers. This example is finished in green, and the paintwork is shown from multiple angles in the gallery below. An additional red light has been mounted to the rear bumper, and close-up photos of the trim, aluminum grille, and glass are provided in the gallery below.

Suspension components are also borrowed from the Sprite and include coil springs and control arms up front with a solid axle and leaf springs in the rear.
