This 1970 Fiat 128 sedan has been lightly modified, inspired by the later, hotter Rally model. This seems to be a primarily cosmetic upgrade, as it appears that the early 1100 engine is fitted. The Cromodora alloys are a nice touch, as well as the yellow/orange paint that suits the car well. A 1.5 liter X1/9 engine swap would go a long way to making this car back up the looks.
